Silkeborg Uldspinderi is certified the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) and Responsible Alpaca Standard (RAS), which certifies and tracks wool and alpaca fiber from the source to the final product. It is certified by Control Union CUC-891558.
While embracing sustainability and animal welfare, long-lasting quality will always be the most important factor. The Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) and Responsible Alpaca Standard (RAS) require responsible land management, and social and animal welfare practices to be in place at the sheep and alpaca farm.
