Being conscious of our responsibility to our stakeholders, we adhere to the 10 principles of Good Fair-Trade Practices (GFTP).

Scope

The scope for the application of the GFTP includes all company processes, which includes the management of the production of flat-woven products (fabric, blankets, shawls, and scarves, among others) made of alpaca and sheep wool, the management commercial at a national and international level and administrative management.

Progress in the implementation of GFTP guidelines

  • There is an Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) management system in place to ensure a secure workplace for our employees.
  • The workers have received four trainings on occupational safety and health issues.
  • Plans have been established to create opportunities for the community, train workers and suppliers, improve eco-efficiency, and promote environmental protection.

  • We have established the following criteria for assessing our raw material suppliers: Quality, Price, Legal Compliance, and Sustainability.

We publicly declare our commitment to the following policies:

  • Rejection of child labor: We do not employ individuals under the age of 18 in our company, and we guarantee that our product production is entirely free of child labor.
  • Equal treatment: We commit to providing equal opportunities for hiring, participation, promotions, access to training, and working conditions to all our employees, without discrimination based on gender, age, religion, political or ethnic affiliation, or sexual orientation.
